About the Role
Principal AI Engineer role for a leading online learning company, focused on rebuilding its product around AI-native, personalized experiences using agentic AI. The role is based in London but can be performed remotely from anywhere in the UK, with a competitive salary of up to £200k base plus equity and bonus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of agentic AI systems to personalize and enhance the learning product.
- Drive the technical vision and roadmap for AI-native features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into the product.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in AI/ML engineering, including LLMs and agentic AI.
- Proven leadership experience as a Principal or senior AI engineer.
- Strong software engineering skills and experience with production systems.
