BLP Digital is hiring a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer to build AI agents that automate ERP processes for enterprise customers. The role involves working directly with clients to design, architect, and ship full-stack AI solutions using LLMs, agent frameworks, TypeScript, and React. You'll own the technical solution end-to-end, from customer conversations to production deployment, with a focus on speed and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Sit with end-users and process owners to understand workflows and design agent-based solutions
- Architect and build full-stack integrations: TypeScript backend, React frontend, LLM orchestration, and evals
- Ship working software in days, iterating quickly with customer feedback
- Own observability, evals, and reliability in production
- Earn client trust on API access, data flows, deployment, and security reviews
Requirements
- Proven experience shipping systems from zero to production
- Strong with LLM APIs, function calling, agent frameworks, and prompt engineering
- Solid TypeScript backend and React frontend skills, comfortable with APIs, auth, queues, and legacy integrations
- Experience automating business processes in ERP space (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) or consulting/solutions engineering background
