BDO Digital is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to lead MLOps development using Azure and Databricks, delivering production-grade machine learning pipelines. This role blends technical leadership with client engagement, translating business goals into ML strategies.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end MLOps pipelines using Databricks, MLflow
- Build and manage scalable data and feature engineering pipelines
- Automate model lifecycle (training, testing, deployment, monitoring)
- Implement CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Serve as technical lead for client engagements
- Translate business goals into ML strategies
- Convert data science prototypes into scalable ML solutions
- Evaluate model performance and iterate for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master's in CS, Data Science, Engineering or related
- 5+ years software engineering/DevOps, 3+ years MLOps
- Azure ecosystem (Azure ML, Data Lake, AKS, DevOps)
- Databricks (Delta Lake, MLflow, Spark)
- Python, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch
- CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
