Forward Deployed AI Engineer, Czech Republic - BCG X

BCG X seeks a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work on end-to-end AI solutions for clients. You will design algorithms, implement scalable software, and deploy AI systems while partnering with clients across industries. This role requires strong software engineering skills and fluency in Czech/Slovak and English.

• Frame new business challenges and design innovative algorithms; implement and deploy scalable AI solutions; partner with clients to enable AI adoption; develop thought leadership and lead conferences.

• Apply software development practices to build robust software; experienced guiding non-technical teams in best practices; optimize computational efficiency; excellent communication in Czech/Slovak and English (C1/C2); Master's degree or PhD in relevant field.
