Fidelity International is seeking a Software Developer specializing in AI Engineering and SDLC Transformation to design and implement agentic workflows that enhance the software development lifecycle. The role focuses on integrating generative AI and agent orchestration into enterprise engineering practices to improve productivity, quality, and developer experience. Candidates will build reusable tools and foundations while ensuring security, governance, and observability standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop reusable agentic workflows and developer tools for the SDLC
- Implement capabilities for context retrieval, agent orchestration, and model evaluation
- Partner with engineering teams to identify and implement AI opportunities across development processes
- Ensure AI-enabled capabilities adhere to security, privacy, and governance standards
- Measure and optimize outcomes using engineering quality and adoption metrics
Requirements
- Strong hands-on software engineering experience, particularly in Python
- Knowledge of Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or other enterprise programming languages
- Experience with AWS, Snowflake, and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI engineering
