Arondite is seeking an AI Engineer to build advanced agentic AI systems for high-stakes, mission-critical environments. You will design and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) that take actions in controlled settings, potentially integrating multi-modal perception algorithms like CLIP/CLAP. This role requires strong architectural intuition and experience with agentic orchestration ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Build core agentic product features and research optimal agentic design patterns
- Design end-to-end AI solutions from backend to UI, deploying in cloud and on-premise environments
- Collaborate to integrate AI into enterprise software products
- Document solutions to ensure compliance with safe AI usage policies
- Develop secure, robust solutions adhering to strict coding standards
Requirements
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, AI, ML, or related engineering field
- 1+ year of experience developing agentic AI in production-ready environments
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, C++, or Java
- Strong background in mathematical foundations of ML and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow)
