We are seeking an Agent Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents and workflows for a global events and luxury travel company. This hands-on role involves integrating LLMs with enterprise systems like Microsoft Copilot Studio, Salesforce, and SharePoint to automate operational processes and enhance customer experiences. The position is a six-month fixed-term contract based in London.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and multi-agent orchestration patterns.
- Configure and maintain OpenClaw environments and Hermes-based workflows.
- Develop solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and integrate with internal systems.
- Create reusable agent skills, tools, and workflows for organizational scaling.
- Test agents against business scenarios and ensure security and governance compliance.
Requirements
- Practical experience building AI agents, automations, or LLM-enabled applications.
- Strong prompt engineering and agent-instruction design skills.
- Programming proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
- Experience integrating APIs and business systems (e.g., Salesforce, M365).
- Understanding of structured/unstructured data sources and vector databases.
