Zillow is seeking a Senior AI-Native Product Engineer, Full Stack to join their Metro team, building systems that help customers connect with real estate agents. Responsibilities
- Turn loosely defined ideas into clear plans with tradeoffs, edge cases, success metrics, and a path to production
- Shape solutions with product managers, designers, and data partners
- Build systems that real estate professionals and internal product teams rely on
- Own features across the stack: UX, services, APIs, data models, instrumentation, and workflows
- Ship with a solid testing strategy, rollout plan, monitoring, and safeguards
- Follow work into production, learn from customer behavior and metrics, and iterate
- Raise the bar through code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring
Requirements
- Significant experience building and shipping software in product environments where engineers own work beyond implementation
- Track record of owning features or product areas from concept through launch and post-launch iteration
