Write, debug, and evaluate AI-generated code to train AI systems. Review code for correctness, efficiency, and best practices. Provide structured feedback and design challenging prompts to improve AI coding capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Write, debug, and optimize code across multiple languages and domains
- Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability
- Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs
- Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining code quality
- Design challenging coding prompts and edge-case scenarios
- Compare and rank multiple AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality
- Work independently and asynchronously on a flexible schedule
Requirements
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript, or similar)
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design
- Ability to read, write, and reason about code with clarity
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Clear written communication in English
