• Work with existing open-source libraries like Transformers and Datasets to improve vision and multi-modal support; Foster the machine learning community by helping users contribute and use the tools; Interact with researchers, ML practitioners, and data scientists daily.

• Deep expertise in computer vision (object detection, segmentation, generative models, multimodal systems); Strong open-source presence with contributions to CV libraries like OpenCV, Detectron2, MMDetection, or Hugging Face's transformers/diffusers as a core contributor or maintainer; Scalability mindset with experience optimizing models for production and deploying at scale; Collaboration and mentorship skills.

• Experience with building, optimizing, and training Transformers models in PyTorch and/or TensorFlow; Experience serving models in production.
