Wakam, an innovative B2B2C insurer, seeks a Generative AI Engineer to build AI agents transforming customer experience and operational efficiency. You will develop multi-agent workflows, implement RAG architectures, and integrate GenAI solutions into existing business tools.

• Develop AI agents in collaboration with senior team members. Design multi-agent workflows. Integrate agents into existing business tools. Test and iterate on agent performance. Implement RAG architectures for conversational systems. Apply prompt engineering and LLM optimization. Collaborate with end users to understand needs. Monitor agent performance and cost optimization.

• 18+ months as AI Engineer with GenAI/AI Agent experience. Proficiency with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral). Practical experience with Dust.tt for advanced agent creation and automated evaluations. Advanced knowledge of conversational architectures and RAG. Mastery of Python and GenAI ecosystem. Solid software development fundamentals (clean code, versioning, CI/CD). Understanding of context engineering and LLM internals. REST API and integration skills. Basic ML/MLOps knowledge. Cloud and Docker deployment experience. Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Langfuse). Fluent in French and English.
