Join Voi Technology as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to predict vehicle demand at scale across a global fleet of 150,000 units. You will design, build, and maintain production-grade ML models while driving end-to-end projects from hypothesis to deployment. The role emphasizes first-principles problem solving, MLOps best practices, and exploring cutting-edge LLM and agentic AI tooling.
Responsibilities
- Own and contribute to end-to-end machine learning and AI projects alongside business stakeholders
- Formulate hypotheses, define data requirements, prototype, implement in production, and monitor model health
- Maintain and improve the ML platform to adhere to state-of-the-art MLOps standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and share knowledge
Requirements
- Strong analytical mindset with experience building first-principles models for complex problems
- Hands-on experience with real-time inference and/or MLOps in major cloud environments
- Proficiency in Python and production-quality software engineering
- Higher education in computer science, mathematics, physics, bioinformatics, or a related field
- Experience contributing to projects from planning through launch and follow-up
