Visia is seeking a Platform Engineer to own the data flywheel for their multimodal AI platform. The role involves building tooling for annotation, model training, and data pipelines to accelerate customer deployments. You will work on automating workflows and supporting field engineering implementations.
Responsibilities
- Automate and improve annotation tooling for instance segmentation and vision-language models
- Build and maintain data pipelines from sensors to production
- Develop tooling for model performance monitoring and continuous improvement
- Contribute to custom implementations for enterprise customers
- Build agentic tooling to accelerate GTM workflows
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, or Go
- Experience with backend development (Flask, FastAPI), frontend (React), cloud (GCP/AWS), CI/CD, and databases
- Ability to ship iteratively and work in production
- Proof of engineering ability through GitHub or work experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with computer vision pipelines, annotation tooling, or ML infrastructure
