Senior SWE / ML Engineer - Identity & Audience

Vibe.co is building an Audience First Streaming TV Advertising platform. This role focuses on identity resolution, turning billions of events across devices into targetable entities. You'll join the Data Platform team to own the identity stack end-to-end, designing production pipelines and clustering algorithms at scale.

• Design and operate pipelines for coherent user views across data sources. Own and improve clustering algorithms turning raw events into users and households. Build platform-level identity-resolution tooling. Run projects end-to-end from requirements to post-launch iteration. Shape roadmap with Product, Sales, ML, and Finance.

• 5+ years as an ML engineer building production services. Hands-on experience with Dagster, Spark, Iceberg. Track record of managing performance and cost at scale. Ability to communicate technically to diverse stakeholders. Experience running systems in production.
