Vantor is seeking an Applied Computer Vision Engineer to work on the full stack of the CV workflow, from imagery data acquisition and standardization to model development, testing, and deployment. The role focuses on applying novel CV models to commercial and government GEOINT data, including exploring synthetic and generative AI data. This position requires a TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph eligibility and U.S. citizenship.
Responsibilities
Experiment with novel CV models applied to commercial and government GEOINT data
Design, develop, and deploy multiple CV pipeline components (e.g., image preprocessing, inferencing engine, data store)
Explore and understand how synthetic data and generative AI data can be applied to GEOINT data
Perform data engineering to transform various data types to support AI/ML workflows
Stay updated on recent CV technical advances and apply them to customer mission problems
Brief internal teams on delivery progress, evaluation results, and project challenges
Requirements
US citizenship and a current TS/SCI clearance (with willingness to get a CI Polygraph)
B.S. in Data Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, Computer Science, Image Science, or related field
