Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Unitary is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design and build AI-powered Virtual Agents that automate customer trust and safety operations. The role combines ML engineering, full-stack development, and MLOps to deliver scalable, reliable AI solutions for enterprise customers. You will work closely with customers, contribute to the agentic AI platform, and help shape the company's ML and computer vision roadmap.

• Collaborate with customers to understand workflows and design/build Virtual Agents.
• Contribute to the development of the Virtual Agent development platform.
• Ensure AI services maintain high standards of reliability, observability, availability, and performance.
• Participate in the ML community to influence ML and computer vision implementations.
• Take ownership of customer outcomes with autonomy to make decisions that delight customers.
• Contribute full-stack development including software engineering, DevOps, and MLOps.

• Strong Python and Machine Learning Engineering skills.
• Ability to develop agentic AI systems or willingness to learn.
• Understanding of or willingness to learn Kubernetes deployment.
• Problem-solving and project management skills to analyze workflows and design automated solutions.
