AI Engineer

Join a high-growth Series B company building an AI-native platform for revenue teams. As an AI Engineer, you will build and deploy AI features using LLMs, improve retrieval systems, develop agentic workflows, and optimize production AI systems.

• Build and deploy AI-powered product features using LLMs, structured outputs, and tool calling
• Design and improve retrieval systems, embeddings pipelines, and RAG architectures
• Develop agentic workflows involving tools, memory, planning, and orchestration
• Measure and optimize quality, latency, reliability, and cost in production
• Work across the stack to bring AI capabilities into customer-facing products

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with meaningful exposure to AI/ML
• Strong Python skills and experience building backend systems
• Hands-on experience with modern LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source)
• Experience building and shipping AI features to real users
• Product-minded engineer who values speed, iteration, and user experience

• Experience with agent frameworks and autonomous workflows
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems
• Exposure to model fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, or inference infrastructure
