About the Role
We are seeking an AI Engineer to design and implement AI-powered conversational experiences. You will build agentic systems using LLMs, optimize interactions, and integrate with APIs and data sources.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize conversational flows including intents, entities, prompts, and fallbacks
- Connect modern LLMs with existing and new interfaces via APIs and SDKs
- Build prototypes, test in system context, and ensure stable deployment with CI/CD
- Measure and improve response quality, latency, and cost with test sets and monitoring
- Implement guardrails and decide when agentic approaches add value
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with conversational AI, NLP/NLU, and at least one LLM framework (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK)
- Experience designing and deploying AI solutions in cloud environments
- Ability to work iteratively, test incrementally, and improve based on data and feedback
- Strong communication skills and comfort in interdisciplinary agile teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with MCP/A2A protocols
- Knowledge of UX design principles for conversational interfaces
