About the Role
We are hiring an AI Engineer to develop and operate AI-native features for finance and banking environments. You will build agentic applications and chatbots, establish best practices, and work closely with product and engineering teams. Focus on quality, safety, latency, and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and operate AI-native features end-to-end
- Build agentic applications and chatbots with tool use and multi-agent orchestration
- Establish standards for AI system development, evaluation, and deployment
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership
- Shape experimentation workflows and AI roadmap
Requirements
- Several years of experience in data science, machine learning, or software engineering with hands-on AI engineering and LLMs
- Strong Python skills
- Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Experience with evaluation, monitoring, and robust production pipelines
- Experience with agentic systems, chatbots, and multi-agent architectures
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, and orchestration frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain
- Fluency in German and good English skills
