AI Engineer [España]

Product Hackers is seeking an AI Engineer to design and develop AI solutions using Python/TypeScript, build multi-agent systems, integrate LLMs with external systems, and optimize model outputs. The role requires 4+ years of software development experience and 2-3 years practical AI experience, with expertise in agent orchestration frameworks like LangGraph and CrewAI. This is a remote-first position within a growth-focused company.

• Design and develop business logic and architecture for AI solutions using Python/TypeScript/Node.js. Build, deploy, and optimize multi-agent systems. Develop tools connecting LLMs with databases and APIs using MCP. Evaluate models and decide between commercial APIs and open-source models. Integrate AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Copilot.

• 4+ years software development with focus on backend using Python/TypeScript/Node.js. 2-3 years practical AI experience building systems using agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.). Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot). Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure). Familiarity with MLOps and observability tools. Experience with MCP and building integrations. Knowledge of open-source models (Llama, Mistral, Qwen). Data Science and NLP knowledge. Fluent Spanish.
