About the Role
Trustsoft is seeking an AWS AI/ML Solution Architect to lead design, development, and deployment of ML and generative AI solutions on AWS. The role requires hands-on building, client workshops, and mentoring. Must be fluent in Czech or Slovak.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical workshops to understand client challenges and design secure, scalable AI/ML architectures on AWS.
- Build proof-of-concepts and production implementations with a hands-on approach.
- Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines for ML models using SageMaker Pipelines and AWS Step Functions.
- Develop generative AI solutions with Amazon Bedrock, RAG architectures, and vector databases.
- Act as trusted advisor to clients on ML concepts, security, cost optimization, and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and elevate technical standards of the team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of cloud solutions experience, with 1-2 years focused on AWS AI/ML services.
- Deep practical knowledge of Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and managed AI services.
- Strong proficiency in Python and production-ready code.
- Solid grasp of core AWS services (IAM, S3, VPC, Lambda, API Gateway) and securing ML workloads.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
