Senior, ML Engineer - Neural Rendering

Torc Robotics is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to work on neural rendering and generative models for autonomous trucking simulation. The role involves implementing state-of-the-art approaches for camera, LiDAR, and radar sensor simulation to close domain data gaps. You will own development projects from research to deployment in a cloud environment.

• Implement the latest research advances in Neural Rendering and generative models. Translate cutting-edge solutions for high-quality sensor simulations. Integrate neural rendering framework in cloud environment and automate pipeline. Own development projects from research, design, to implementation, testing and deployment. Design, implement, test and deploy shippable production quality software. Work in cloud ML ecosystem. Proactively assess capabilities and propose improvements. Serve as project lead, coaching and mentoring team members.

• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch. PhD or 6+ years experience in CS, Robotics, Electrical Engineering with industry experience in production software. Proven expertise in Neural Rendering (Neural Radiance Fields and 3D Gaussian Splatting) and generative models (Diffusion Models, Flow Matching). Background in Computer Graphics, 3D Reconstruction, or 3D Computer Vision. Experience with VDI and cloud-based ML development environments.
