Torc Robotics is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to develop and deploy camera-based perception models for autonomous trucks. The role focuses on end-to-end model development, including object detection, segmentation, and depth estimation, using Python and PyTorch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate robust vision systems into the autonomy stack.

• Design, develop, and deploy deep learning models for camera-based perception tasks such as object detection and scene understanding.
• Own end-to-end model development from data curation and training to evaluation and deployment in production environments.
• Analyze model performance across diverse driving scenarios to identify failure modes and improve robustness.
• Contribute to large-scale training pipelines, including dataset preparation and distributed training infrastructure.

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE/Robotics with 6+ years experience, or Master's with 3+ years, or PhD with 1+ year.
• Strong programming skills in Python and PyTorch with experience writing production-quality ML code.
• Experience developing and deploying deep learning models for computer vision or perception systems.
