We are seeking a Senior AI Computer Vision Engineer to develop, train, and deploy state-of-the-art models for urban management applications. The role involves working with image classification, object detection, and Vision-Language Models (VLMs) in both cloud and edge environments. You will curate proprietary datasets and monitor production performance to ensure high-quality detections for municipal clients.

• Train and fine-tune computer vision models including VLMs and few-shot detection architectures
• Curate large-scale training datasets from scratch using proprietary data
• Deploy and monitor AI models in cloud and edge production environments
• Iterate on existing models to improve accuracy and performance
• Collaborate with teams to integrate AI solutions into urban management workflows

• Master’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years of experience in Deep Learning / AI Model Training
• 2+ years of experience in Computer Vision (Deep Learning and non-DL approaches)
• 3+ years of Python proficiency with deep learning libraries (PyTorch, Keras, TensorFlow)
• Proven track record of developing and training state-of-the-art CV models for production

• PhD in a STEM field or 7+ years of deep learning experience
• Expertise in fine-tuning open-source models and transfer learning
• Experience with generative model architectures (transformers, diffusion models)
• Knowledge of OCR technologies
