Sword is seeking a Senior Computer Vision Engineer to lead the development of real-time movement understanding models for its AI-driven physical therapy platform. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of computer vision systems, from prototype and data pipeline construction to production deployment on cloud and edge devices. The role focuses on 3D human pose estimation, body dynamics, and multimodal AI integration to deliver clinical-grade feedback at scale.
Responsibilities
- Own core computer vision models from prototype to production
- Ship real-time models to cloud and on-device environments
- Design and manage data pipelines, annotation workflows, and auto-labeling systems
- Extend movement understanding into multimodal AI combining vision with language and reasoning
- Automate model training, tracking, and deployment loops for scalability
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience shipping complex Computer Vision models to production
- Strong software engineering foundation in architecture, MLOps, and full model lifecycle
- Deep expertise in modern CV techniques including transformers, convolutional models, detection, segmentation, or 3D pose
- Proficiency with PyTorch or JAX, Python data stack, and building data flywheels/active learning loops
