ASOS is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build and scale computer vision and generative AI solutions for their Studios team. The role focuses on designing high-performing AI systems using deep learning embeddings, LLMs, and multimodal signal processing to enhance product imagery and customer experiences. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy scalable data pipelines and apply MLOps best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI solutions using LLMs, generative AI, and computer vision techniques.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for high-quality data preparation.
- Apply MLOps principles including CI/CD, monitoring, and model management.
- Fine-tune pretrained models and implement RAG workflows for specific use cases.
- Embed ethical and responsible AI practices, mitigating bias and risk.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
- Hands-on experience in fine-tuning and deploying deep learning solutions for computer vision.
- Experience with generative AI systems, prompting, RAG, and LLM fine-tuning.
- Familiarity with software development practices: version control, containerization, and CI/CD.
