TaxBit is hiring an Agentic AI Engineer in Seattle to build intelligent, customer-facing agentic AI products that transform tax and compliance workflows in fintech. You will design and ship multi-agent systems on AWS-native technologies (Bedrock, Strands Agents, AgentCore), own the full AI feature lifecycle from prompt engineering through evaluation and monitoring, and ensure AI outputs meet accuracy and regulatory standards in high-stakes financial contexts.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy customer-facing agentic AI products using AWS-native technologies including Strands Agents, AgentCore, Bedrock, and Lambda
- Architect multi-agent systems with reliable tool use, memory, and orchestration patterns for high-stakes financial contexts
- Own the full lifecycle of AI features, from prompt engineering and agent design through evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
- Instrument and monitor agentic systems in production using observability tooling and iterate based on real user behavior
- Collaborate with engineers, data teams, and compliance stakeholders to ensure AI outputs meet accuracy and regulatory standards
- Write well-designed, well-tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 1 year building and shipping AI/LLM-powered applications in production
