About the Role
Taktile is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to lead AI-driven deployments for financial institutions. You will design solution architectures, develop decision logic, and deploy Generative AI agents in production. The role requires strong Python, SQL, and REST API skills, and experience with customer-facing technical deployments. You will work hybrid from Berlin or London.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex AI-driven Taktile deployments in production, from scoping high-impact Agentic AI use cases to stable production.
- Design solution architectures, develop decision logic, and deploy production-grade Generative AI agents.
- Align with key customer stakeholders while ensuring outstanding experience and rapid time to value.
- Partner with product management to turn customer needs into actionable product insights.
- Develop reusable resources, best practices, and tools to scale the forward deployed engineering function.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of engineering or technical deployment experience including customer-facing work.
- Strong technical background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
- Proficiency in production-grade Python and SQL.
- Strong command of REST API design and integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, well-informed decisions under pressure.
