AI Engineer (m/f/d)

Join SIXT's Data Science team to design, develop, and maintain state-of-the-art AI agents for customer service transformation via email, chat, and voice channels. Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to implement Agentic AI solutions on AWS using OpenAI and open-source models.

• Engage with technical, product, and business stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions
• Work closely with software development engineers, data scientists, MLOps engineers, product and business owners to design and implement Agentic AI driven solutions
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders to enhance software development processes and enable engineers to utilize Agentic AI
• Share knowledge and learnings about ML engineering best practices with colleagues

• Strong hands-on experience in engineering and Agentic AI
• Solid knowledge of Python and AWS cloud technologies
• Practical experience with OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and open-source models like Llama
• Experience with Agentic AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain
• Capable of Java or Go
• Awareness of LLMOps paradigm and experience with CI/CD approaches
• Fluent in English, motivated, and passionate about learning
