About the Role
Sitetracker is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to build AI-driven product capabilities using LLMs and AI agents. You will own features end-to-end, design fault-tolerant systems, and contribute to evaluation pipelines. This role requires strong technical skills and experience with AI components.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to technical design and implementation of AI harness solution
- Own features and components end-to-end
- Build scalable, high-throughput AI infrastructure
- Work with LLMs and AI components
- Design fault-tolerant systems orchestrating multiple AI agents
- Write thorough tests including non-deterministic AI outputs
- Contribute to automated evaluation pipelines
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing
Requirements
- Strong software engineering skills
- Experience with AI/ML, particularly LLMs and AI agents
- Ability to write clean, scalable code
- Understanding of data privacy and security in AI systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with testing strategies for AI outputs

- Polyglot programming experience
