Sitetracker is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to build AI-driven product capabilities using LLMs and AI agents. You will own features end-to-end, design fault-tolerant systems, and contribute to evaluation pipelines. This role requires strong technical skills and experience with AI components.

Responsibilities

Contribute to technical design and implementation of AI harness solution
Own features and components end-to-end
Build scalable, high-throughput AI infrastructure
Work with LLMs and AI components
Design fault-tolerant systems orchestrating multiple AI agents
Write thorough tests including non-deterministic AI outputs
Contribute to automated evaluation pipelines
Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing

Requirements

Strong software engineering skills
Experience with AI/ML, particularly LLMs and AI agents
Ability to write clean, scalable code
Understanding of data privacy and security in AI systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with testing strategies for AI outputs
