TRATON Financial Services' Internal Audit department is looking for an Audit Data & AI Solutions Engineer to build AI-enabled audit technology. This role involves data mapping, analytics, machine learning, and developing agentic AI solutions for document analysis and anomaly detection. The position is hybrid in Södertälje, Sweden.
Responsibilities
Retrieving, mapping, validating, and structuring data from source systems across brands and markets
Building analytics and algorithms to identify anomalies, control weaknesses, unusual transactions, approval issues, collateral risks, or financial crime indicators
Developing AI-enabled and agentic solutions for document analysis and audit sample testing, including prompts, skills, tools, agent workflows, evaluation logic, and evidence-based outputs
Creating Power BI, HTML, or other dashboards that present complex findings in a clear and useful way
Ensuring that algorithms, prompts, data flows, and assumptions are documented and built in a modular way so they can be reused
Requirements
Strong Python and SQL skills
Comfort using AI tools and coding agents such as Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, or similar to write, test, debug, and improve code
Curiosity to understand business processes, controls, audit logic, and what makes an analysis useful in practice
