About the Role
Scania is seeking a Requirement Engineer to develop in-house battery and thermal control systems for electrified vehicles. The role includes writing system-level requirements and potentially working on AI-driven tools for engineering problems. Candidates should have a master's degree, 5+ years of embedded systems experience, and curiosity in AI agents and LLM-based solutions.
Responsibilities
- Write requirements on system level for battery and thermal control systems
- Collaborate with a global agile team and other organizational competences
- Potentially develop and prototype AI tools to improve engineering productivity
Requirements
- Master degree in computer science, information technology, engineering physics or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience with vehicle embedded systems
- Previous experience as a requirement engineer
Nice to Have
- Experience as system engineer, software developer, or test developer
- Domain knowledge in battery and thermal control systems
- Knowledge in functional safety (ISO26262)
- Curiosity in AI developing AI agents and LLM-based solutions
- Solid Python programming skills
