Founding ML Engineer at REVEL (Physical AI / Robotics)

REVEL turns human skill into robot intelligence. We are building the future skilled workforce in precision manufacturing, skilled trades, retail and hospitality. We need a founding ML engineer to run, scale and push our training pipeline for physical AI and robotics.

• Run the training pipeline at scale and ship improved skill models onto real robots on a weekly cadence.
• Push model quality: architecture, loss design, tokenization, data curation, augmentation, evaluation.
• Own training infrastructure: multi-GPU, distributed runs, checkpointing, experiment tracking, automated eval.
• Treat data as first-class: curation, labeling, balancing, synthetic augmentation, sim-to-real.
• Be in the lab: close the loop between model and robot.

• MSc or PhD in CS, EE, Robotics, ML, or related (or equivalent proven depth).
• Strong ML engineering: PyTorch native, comfortable with CUDA, multi-GPU, distributed training, mixed precision.
• Hands-on with at least one of: imitation learning, behavior cloning, diffusion policies, vision-language-action models, RL on robots, sim-to-real.
• Fluent across the modern robot learning stack: large multi-modal foundation models, photorealistic simulators, ROS-class middleware, modern policy architectures.
