Prophesee is seeking a Senior AI Developer and Technical Lead in Paris to drive the development of event-based perception systems. This role combines hands-on C++ and Python engineering with technical leadership, focusing on software architecture, system integration, and mentoring a small team. The ideal candidate will bridge algorithmic research and embedded deployment for applications in robotics, autonomous vehicles, and industrial automation.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive software architecture for AI and computer vision components.
- Lead design reviews, code reviews, and technical trade-off decisions.
- Develop production-quality C++ and Python modules for perception and validation.
- Guide event-based vision developments including tracking and detection algorithms.
- Mentor engineers and coordinate technical activities within the team.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in modern C++ and Python development.
- Deep experience in computer vision, perception algorithms, or event-based vision.
- Proven track record as a Technical Lead with mentoring and coordination skills.
- Ability to design modular, scalable software architectures.
