About the Role
Prolific is looking for AI and Machine Learning Engineers to join their Expert Network to train and evaluate LLMs. Participants will review AI-generated content, audit ML code, and provide human feedback for RLHF. The role offers flexible remote work and competitive pay up to $80 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM architecture logic for technical accuracy
- Audit ML code (training loops, data preprocessing, model evaluations)
- Refine RLHF frameworks by providing high-quality human feedback
- Analyze model reasoning in chain-of-thought prompts
- Benchmark performance across different model outputs
Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or related field with ML focus
- Experience building, deploying, or fine-tuning ML models in production
- Professional understanding of neural networks (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs)
- Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RLHF, or RAG
- Ability to audit model logic and identify biases
