Data Scientist (Process Intelligence / Celonis)

Processand is seeking a Data Scientist to transform business process data into actionable insights using Celonis. You will analyze and optimize processes, gather and prepare event log data, and build dashboards. Collaborate closely with clients to drive process improvements across industries.

• Analyze and optimize core and support processes to uncover inefficiencies and automation potential
• Gather, cleanse, and prepare event log data from multiple source systems
• Build data visualizations and dashboards using Celonis and related analytics tools
• Collaborate with clients to design and implement process improvements
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to communicate insights

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or comparable field
• Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving approach
• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into business value
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level)

• First experience with process consulting or process mining tools (Celonis, Signavio, UiPath, etc.)
