This senior leadership role focuses on delivering advanced AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions for the Financial Wellbeing Platform. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions
- Define and drive AI strategy and technical architecture
- Coach, mentor, and develop data scientists and AI engineers

Requirements
- Proven experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering
- Strong background in leading technical teams and mentoring staff
- Experience with Generative AI and modern AI frameworks
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
