Data Scientist Senior Agentique - F/H/X

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join the AI CIB/Banking team, focusing on agentic AI solutions with orchestrated LLM agents and data extraction from financial documents. You will design and productionize agentic pipelines, deploy and configure LLMs for information extraction, build APIs with FastAPI, LangGraph and DSPy, and integrate solutions into Kubernetes/Jenkins CI/CD. The role also includes mentoring juniors and promoting LLM/MLOps best practices.

• Design agentic AI pipelines (LLM agent orchestration, tools, data flows) and prepare them for production.
• Frame business use cases with CIB/Banking teams and translate needs into technical specifications.
• Deploy and configure LLMs to extract information from financial statements, credit documents, and internal systems.
• Optimize extraction performance (quality, response time, robustness, cost).
• Develop APIs and services around models using FastAPI, LangGraph, and DSPy.
• Implement unit and integration tests with pytest to secure AI pipelines.
• Ensure observability and monitoring of models/agents (Phoenix Arize, vLLM, evaluation metrics).
• Integrate solutions into Kubernetes/Jenkins environment (CI/CD, deployment, scaling).
• Collaborate with IT and business teams, mentor junior profiles, conduct code reviews, and share LLM/MLOps best practices.
