Principal AI Engineer (m/w/d)

Experience One is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to design and deploy agentic LLM experiences in production. You will orchestrate AI agents, work with cutting-edge frameworks like LangGraph and Google Agent Development Kit, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to build scalable, user-centric AI solutions.

• Design and implement agentic workflows and interactive AI experiences; ensure stability, scalability, and measurable success end-to-end; validate prototypes with real data and user feedback; use platforms like Google Agent Development Kit, Amazon Bedrock, MLflow, LangGraph; coach team members and set technical standards.

• Excellent software engineering skills in Python and/or TypeScript; deep knowledge of Conversational AI, NLP/NLU, and LLM frameworks; analytical and structured approach; strong communication skills; drive to innovate.
