This remote position serves as the inaugural software engineering hire at Otonomee, responsible for architecting and scaling the company’s core AI capabilities and platform. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on AI/ML systems
- Demonstrated ability to build and deploy AI platforms from the ground up
- Self-starter capable of thriving as an early-stage engineering hire
- Legal right to work and reside in Portugal
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a startup or founding engineering role
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and MLOps workflows
