We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade Generative AI solutions, including LLM applications, AI agents, and RAG pipelines. The role focuses on integrating these systems into enterprise platforms using Microsoft Azure and the Copilot ecosystem, while ensuring scalability, security, and responsible AI practices. You will collaborate across teams to translate architectural patterns into reliable, user-facing features.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions to automate business processes
- Build production-grade GenAI applications, AI agents, and orchestration layers
- Develop and integrate multi-agent systems using established frameworks
- Create APIs and microservices exposing AI capabilities securely
- Implement governance, security controls, and responsible AI standards in code
- Contribute to PoCs and rapidly prototype new AI capabilities
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 1–2 years building and shipping AI/ML or GenAI solutions in production
- Strong production-quality Python skills (typing, testing, async)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, and context management
