About the Role

Responsibilities
- Spearhead secure AI data and model lifecycle
- Design and implement safer guardrails and contextual access
- Drive strategic AI security initiatives and threat modeling
- Measure and report on AI security initiatives
- Champion AI security best practices and culture
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in security engineering, application security, or cloud security with a focus on data security or AI frameworks
- Experience evaluating LLM security postures and managing cloud security infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Familiarity with HIPAA and health insurance data regulations
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
Nice to Have
- Experience with MITRE ATLAS and OWASP Top 10 for LLMs
- Fluency with frontier AI tools like Claude Code and Codex
- Ability to communicate technical AI risk to non-technical stakeholders
