Senior Principal AI Agent / ML Software Engineer (OCI)

Senior technical leadership role on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to define and build next-generation AI agent systems. Responsibilities include designing scalable agentic AI platforms, LLM orchestration, and production-grade inference infrastructure. Requires deep distributed systems experience and hands-on AI engineering.

• Serve as senior technical owner for OCI AI platform capabilities including agent execution, inference systems, and model serving.
• Design and deliver scalable agentic AI systems for reasoning, planning, and multi-step orchestration.
• Build production-grade services for tool calling, memory, context management, and evaluation.
• Lead architecture across distributed services optimized for latency, throughput, and GPU efficiency.

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of production systems.
• Proven track record as a Staff/Principal technical leader influencing architecture across multiple teams.
• Deep experience designing and operating high-scale distributed systems or AI/ML platform services.
• Hands-on experience with production AI systems, agentic AI, and orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, or CrewAI.
• Strong programming in Python and expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native infrastructure.
