Senior AI Engineer

NN is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to build and scale AI-powered solutions across European business units, including automated document checks, claims automation, and chatbots. You'll work in agile teams to design, build, and run AI applications using traditional ML and modern GenAI/LLM approaches.

• Design, build, and bring AI solutions into production. Develop and operationalize ML models with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Build and deploy LLM applications using LangChain, LangGraph, etc. Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions from data prep to monitoring. Optimize for performance, scalability, and cost.

• At least 5 years of ML/AI engineering experience including LLMs and GenAI. Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras). Experience with agentic AI, RAG, and MLOps/LLMOps (LangChain, LangGraph, Databricks Mosaic AI). Strong cloud skills (Azure preferred), CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and FastAPI. Advanced English.
