• Create trustworthy evaluations to measure model performance on patient and clinician outcomes.
• Develop models and agents capable of processing longitudinal, multimodal health data for scientific insights.

• Unusually strong track record in machine learning or AI research with depth in pretraining, RL/post-training, or evaluations.
• Hands-on builder skills: ability to design experiments, write/debug code, and work directly with training infrastructure.
