Next-Link is hiring an AI Analyst to support the design, implementation, and rollout of AI solutions including call insights and generative AI for a chatbot. The role involves translating business needs into functional specifications, coordinating with AI teams, and driving AI adoption. Requires 5+ years experience, fluency in English and French or Dutch, and expertise in AI fundamentals, Python, SQL, and LLM/RAG/NLP.
Responsibilities
Translating business needs into clear and structured functional specifications for AI initiatives
Translating business needs into clear and useful prompts for AI solutions
Collaborating with the internal AI competence center to identify suitable solutions, technologies, and architecture
Coordinating the implementation and follow-up of AI solutions from design to deployment
Organizing, executing, and coordinating testing phases (UAT, pilot, validation)
Assessing the business value and impact of implemented solutions
Driving AI awareness and adoption initiatives within the department
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience
Experience as Business Analyst and/or Project Lead in AI & Analytics projects
Experience delivering end-to-end AI projects
Experience with LLM/RAG/NLP/MLT implementation
Experience translating business needs into functional requirements
