Banque de France is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, industrialize, and operate AI solutions within its central infrastructure. The role focuses on developing generative AI applications using LLMs and RAG architectures, while ensuring robust MLOps practices for model lifecycle management. You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build scalable pipelines and deploy models in cloud or on-premise environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement industrializable AI/ML solutions and data pipelines
- Develop and orchestrate Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and agent-based architectures
- Manage the full model lifecycle including training, evaluation, monitoring, and governance (MLOps)
- Standardize development processes using CI/CD, testing, and versioning tools
- Deploy models via APIs and ensure performance, security, and scalability standards
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or Applied Mathematics
- Strong proficiency in Python software development
- Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms
- Knowledge of CI/CD, TDD, and software testing tools
- Understanding of agent-based AI systems and architectures
