Moloco is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design, train, and deploy large-scale models for programmatic advertising and commerce media. You will work on real-time bidding, pricing systems, and planet-scale ML infrastructure, directly impacting global advertisers and publishers.

• Architect and iterate on high-performance models for ad relevance and conversion.
• Productionize scalable ML pipelines from data ingestion to online inference.
• Extract insights from massive datasets to define features and refine modeling strategies.
• Translate business goals into modeling challenges and success metrics.
• Validate innovation through A/B tests and offline evaluations.

• 5-12+ years of experience delivering ML solutions in high-stakes production environments.
• Strong foundation in ML and statistics applied to real-world business challenges.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end ML lifecycle including data pipelining, feature engineering, model architecture, and deployment.
