Mirage is seeking a Senior AI Agent Engineer to design and build agentic systems that power creative workflows for short-form video production. You will architect end-to-end agent pipelines, integrate state-of-the-art LLMs, and optimize context management at scale to enable autonomous creative actions. This role combines machine learning, systems engineering, and product development in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship end-to-end agentic systems to streamline creative video workflows
- Architect agent behaviors including context gathering, planning, tool selection, and execution
- Integrate internal and external state-of-the-art models into production environments
- Measure and improve agent quality using experimentation frameworks and real-world feedback
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven track record designing and deploying ML systems or agentic pipelines in production
- Deep expertise in context engineering, RAG systems, and token optimization
- Experience building evaluation systems and agentic infrastructure for multi-step planning
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver projects end-to-end in a fast-paced setting
