Meta Superintelligence Labs is seeking a senior AI Research Scientist specializing in Robotics and Embodied AI. The role focuses on pushing the frontiers of artificial intelligence through fundamental research into robot control, perception, and learning from demonstration. Candidates will develop novel data-driven paradigms to enable intelligent embodied agents across simulated and real-world environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform fundamental and applied research to advance embodied artificial intelligence.
- Invent novel data-driven paradigms for robotics using multi-modal inputs (vision, text, tactile).
- Develop algorithms based on state-of-the-art machine learning and neural network methodologies.
- Define, build, and benchmark new capabilities for next-generation AI systems.
- Lead and execute novel research projects aligned with long-term organizational objectives.
Requirements
- PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or related field.
- 2+ years of industry experience in robotics-related research areas such as robot learning, RL, or sim-to-real transfer.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow and Python.
